Through the purposeful redevelopment of distressed properties, we improve the communities in which we work and live by providing beautiful, affordable homes for sale and rent. We also work with those looking to invest in real estate.

While our services have grown, we continue to offer the local expertise, honest approach and personal touch, for which we are known.

We call ourselves the Greenpoint family of companies because family values are at heart of what we do. The name, in fact, is a tribute to Bryan’s heritage beginning with his grandfather who immigrated to the neighborhood of Greenpoint in Brooklyn, New York nearly a century ago. He was fully devoted to family, friends and community; emphasized treating everyone with dignity, decency and honesty; and had a tireless work ethic. These principles were passed on to Bryan's mother and father, who grew up, met and were married in Greenpoint. They, in turn, passed those virtues onto Bryan. And now, they are the pillars around which we have created  Greenpoint Properties, Greenpoint Real Estate and Greenpoint Property Management. We know these values are shared by our clients and neighbors throughout North Carolina, where Julie’s family has made its home for more than 150 years – and where we now live with our three boys. (If we’re being honest – and we always are – we also like the fact that the “Greenpoint” name incorporates two of the major cities in the Triad.)
